TESTIMONIALS

“Langton Football Services opposition scouting courses provide a straightforward, friendly and easily affordable gateway to the world of football scouting. No matter what your role or level of experience within football, this course will arm you with the tools that you need to be able to put together uncomplicated, accurate reports at any level of the game. In three years I have scouted over 100 games for Langton Football Services covering everything from Mile Oak vs Selsey to West Ham United vs AFC Bournemouth and most levels inbetween!Whether you are interested in scouting for your own club, improving your own football knowledge or becoming a scout yourself, then I can highly recommend signing up to a course or a webinar run by Hugo Langton” . Darren Lovell, course attendee and opposition scout

“I couldn’t recommend the course enough. A lot of people watch football but Hugo teaches you how to see what really happens and why. Since attending the course, how I view the game has changed dramatically and I put a lot of that down to how Hugo teaches this course. If you want to learn how to think like a coach and improve your match day preparation, this is the perfect course for you”.  Daryl Paskell, course attendee and opposition scout

“Attended the course led by Hugo with a wonderful insight into scouting the opposition. Enjoyed the evening”. Ean Patterson, course attendee

“Thanks for the well organised scouting the opposition session tonight. Thoroughly enjoyable #coachingnetwork #knowlege” . Matt Drew, course attendee

I’ve found the course extremely useful. working as a coach/manager Hugo knows exactly what information teams need from a report and this comes across in the way he delivers the course. The course, along with Hugos ongoing support, has subsequently enabled me to go on and help various successful sides”.  Lee Hurrell, course attendee and opposition scout

I attended an ‘Opposition Scout’ seminar hosted by Hugo Langton at the end of the 2014/15 football season. It was just out of curiosity and a love of anything to do with football, not because I was planning on becoming a scout. I found the seminar to be really welcoming plus very interesting and informative. I then went to watch a couple of games and sent in the reports using Hugo’s template just to see what feedback I would get. He was very quick to respond and extremely encouraging. I made improvements and was then offered a position with ‘Langton Football Services’ and have been scouting opposition for clients since the start of the 2015/16 season. Being involved in scouting opposition for important FA Cup ties has especially given me a tremendous buzz, especially when I was personally thanked for some small details that helped get a client a result in their 1st Qualifying Round tie, which was worth a bit of money to the club. I thoroughly recommend the seminar/webinar even if you don’t intend on becoming a scout. A love of football is all you need to get something out of it”. Robert Runciman, course attendee and opposition scout
